RETURNS
All orders placed through Jahquel.com are final sale. We do not process returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed and fulfilled.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at Hello@Jahquel.com and include your order number in the subject line for faster service.
TRACKING
Once your shipping label is printed, you will immediately receive your tracking number via email.
Please note:

This does not mean your package has shipped.

Tracking will update once the package is picked up by the postal carrier.
Please allow a few days for tracking activity to begin.
EMAILS & ADDRESS CHANGES
Double-check all information before checking out.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping or email addresses.
If your email is incorrect, you will not receive your tracking number.
Due to the high volume of address corrections, these changes slow down order processing.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MIS DELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking status says delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please file a claim with USPS or UPSdirectly.
Jahquel.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
We are also not responsible for allergic reactions to any products in our boxes.
